Warranty Policy

Note: If you purchased Flight Sounds products from any 3rd party (ie: not directly from Flight Sounds Ltd),  please contact that vendor/retailer directly should you wish to discuss your warranty options.

 

Throughout this Warranty Policy, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Flight Sounds Ltd.

Our Warranty Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change this Warranty Policy at any time.

  • We warrant for 12 months from date of purchase that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship.
  • We do not warrant:
    (Collectively known as "Exclusions")
    1. Against normal wear and tear, unauthorised modifications or alterations or repairs, improper installation or use or maintenance, accident, misuse, negligence, damage, interference from 3rd party software and/or hardware, or if the product is used for a purpose for which it was not designed.
    2. That the products will be bug free; 
    3. That the use of the product will be uninterrupted; 
    4. That the product will meet your requirements other than as set out in the product specifications.
  • If you discover defect(s) to which you believe the above Exclusions do not apply and you wish to pursue a warranty claim, you must contact us to arrange and/or discuss warranty options.
  • You agree to carry out all our reasonably practicable diagnostics instructions, in order to determine whether the product is defective. 
  • If the product is determined as defective, we will notify you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. 
  • Under warranty:
    1. Any product return must be accompanied by an RMA number - which we will provide you.
    2. You will be responsible for, and pay for, the freighting of the defective product to Flight Sounds.
    3. All repair work shall be performed by our approved personnel.
    4. Once we have received the defective product(s), those products will be repaired or replaced (at our option) and returned to you - free of charge.
    5. We will return the repaired or replaced products to you using the same shipping service you selected as part of your original purchase.
