We ship to a large number of countries around the world.  To check if this includes your country, please add the item to your cart, go to ‘Checkout’ and search in the drop down box next to ‘Country’ in the shipping address.  If your country is not listed contact us and we will let you know if it is possible to ship to you.

Shipping cost depends on the the following variables:

- The quantity and type of product purchased

- The shipping destination

- The shipping service

We offer three levels of service to most countries.  Please note in some countries, some shipping options might not be available.

To calculate your shipping cost, please add your desired item(s) to the cart, go to ‘Checkout’, select your country in the shipping address area, then click the ‘Click to calculate shipping’ button.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, the target delivery time frames for each of the shipping options are below:

- Track and trace express courier (DHL): 3-5 working days

- Track and trace economy courier: 2-3 weeks

- Non track and trace air post: 4-8 weeks

Please note:

- The time frames above are a target only; time frames have extended in the time of COVID-19 due to limited flights and carrying capacity, as well restrictions from time to time in destination countries.

- Once parcels have been dispatched, they are out of our control. We are not responsible for parcels that go missing in transit.

As our devices are modelled on the same electronic internals as an aircraft radio/intercom, they are compatible with an enormous range of aircraft headsets. Essentially, if your aviation headset works on a typical aircraft radio/intercom setup - it is extremely likely it will work with our devices.

Our customers have used our products in conjunction with a wide range of headset brands including Bose, LightSpeed, David Clark, AvComm, Flight Com and Telex, to name but a few.

We have products to cater for both electret microphones as well as most dynamic microphones.

Additionally, our products support both PNR and ANR headsets.

Please note, while our devices have been tested on a large number of headsets, understandably it is not logistically possible to test every headset on the market. In the unlikely event that your headset is incompatible with our Products, you may return your purchase to us for a refund, in accordance with our refund policy. 

Our products are Plug and Play with Windows (XP and higher); macOS (OS X and higher); and Linux*. * While most Linux Operating Systems support our devices, due to the many many different variants/distributions of Linux we are unable to absolutely guarantee that your particular version of Linux will support our products.

Our DUALPro Intercom supports the ability to connect with non-aviation headsets! * Please note that this feature is presently in Beta Development

Our SOLO and DUAL intercoms are designed to be compatible with Aviation headsets only. 

This is due to two reasons:

1. Microphone connector: The microphone connector on our intercoms are the same as on an actual aircraft and have an outer diameter of 5.23mm . This is a rather unique size and (to our knowledge) no adapter exists that converts (say) 3.5mm audio connectors to this 5.23mm size
2. Microphone voltage: Aviation headsets are powered from a 8-16Vdc supply whereas non-aviation (gaming) microphones are powered from (typically) a 1.5-3Vdc supply. Plugging in a non-aviation headset microphone (if that were even possible) could lead to damage of that microphone.

If your Flight Simulator software supports audio, then it almost certainly is compatible with our Intercoms! 

NB: Some Flight Sim programs allow you to "specifically choose" which sound device you want to use, while other programs will simply use the "default" audio device - as set in Sound Control Panel (in Windows OS)

• Compatibility includes - but is not limited to: - Microsoft Flight Simulator: 2020 / Acceleration / X / 2004 / 2002 (and likely previous versions)- X Plane (All versions)- Prepar3d (All versions)

Yes, absolutely! Many of our customers purchase our adapter for precisely this purpose.

The -M model (aka Military) is a premium product which supports BOTH electret microphones (typically found in civilian helicopter headsets) AND ultra low impedance dynamic microphones (

USB offers many benefits over (cheaper) analog audio solutions. Firstly, USB is digital and therefore does not lose sound quality as the signal travels along the cable. USB also provides its own power source, thereby eliminating batteries etc. Additionally, USB by nature, means the sound device is actually a complete sound card in its own right. Hence users have the ability to route different sounds to different sound cards (eg in Flight Simulator X, one can route the voice to the Intercom (Solo or Dual or DualPro) device; and route the engine noises etc to external speakers).

Technically, this 'might' be possible using 3rd party software (eg Virtual Audio Cable). However, this is not a straight forward process and such software is beyond the scope and support of our product.

However, our DUAL and DUALPro products are designed to support multiple headsets right out of the box and are a superior solution for those customers requiring multiple headsets.

Yes. The DUAL and DUALPRO supports a hot-mic intercom feature, whereby both users can hear each other's voice.

The issue of PTT is a little complex and takes some time to understand, as it depends on your specific setup. Please read the following carefully.

If you do not require any PTT functionality:

• You do not require the FSX-PTT switches for the DUAL to operate. The DUAL's microphone audio (from both pilots) is now continuously 'connected' to your computer.

If you do want to implement PTT functionality:

• This can be accomplished in a few different ways, and it depends on your specific setup. Namely, it mostly depends on the following:
  - Your intended PTT button/switch
  - Your intended ATC program
• Using a USB type PTT button If you have a USB type PTT button (for example as part of a USB control YOKE) - then it is likely that you can "map your button press to a command in your intended ATC program".
  - If this is possible, you will not require the FSX-PTT switches. - Simply slide the Master PTT switch (on the rear of the FSX-DUAL) to ON. The DUAL's microphone audio (from both pilots) is now continuously 'connected' to your computer.
  
  
• Using a Non-USB / physical switch type PTT button
  If you not have a USB PTT button you can chose to either (i) Purchase the FSX-PTT switches OR (ii) Wire your own custom switch. In this case: - Simply slide the Master PTT switch (on the rear of the FSX-DUAL) to OFF. The DUAL's microphone audio (from both pilots) is only 'connected' to your computer when you depress your PTT switch.  
  - You may or may not required the FSX-PTT Mapper software, as it depends on your intended ATC program.
  
• Your ATC program There are many programs which can be used for voice communication and/or ATC - such as VATSim, IVAO, Pilot Edge, VOX ATC, Team Speak etc. Please do your own research to determine what program is best for your needs. Many of these programs support some form of PTT (as listed below), but please do you own research regarding what your specific program will support. 
  
  Key/Character activated PTT:
  Pressing a nominated keyboard character key will activate the PTT. 
  If you are using FSX-PTT switches you can map a button press to a keyboard character using the FSX-PTT Mapper program (Sold separately). 
  
  Button activated PTT:
  Map a button on your game controller (eg: USB Yoke) to activate PTT.
  
  Voice activated PTT:
  If this option is available - users can simply start talking - and the PTT will be activated. 
  This works well with FSX-PTT switches. Simply press the FSX-PTT switches and start talking.  

The FSX-PTT switches are compatible with the FSX-DUAL product. The FSX-DUAL can connect up to 2 PTT switches - one for each aviation headset.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with your Product. As all of our products are tested at the time of manufacture, failures in the field are rare.

Our user manual has a lot of helpful information regarding setup of the product which we encourage you to read.

Often issues are related to the user's specific setup, as opposed to the product. Therefore, before contacting us we suggest you try the following:

1. General

If you are experiencing any issue, does the issue still persist if using the device:

- on another computer and/or operating system?

- with another headset?

- when using another USB cable?

- when using another software program?

- a powered USB hub and/or another USB port?

2. Audio volume related:

If you are experiencing an issue related to volume of the headphones or microphone. Does the issue still persist after:

- Checking the volume settings in control panel (Windows) or audio settings (Mac OS).

- Ensuring any mute settings are not to set to ON.

3. Stereo Sound related

If you are unable to receive Stereo Sound:

- Please check to see if your headset supports Stereo Sound

- Please note that only our GA models support stereo sound. Our -H and -M models do not support stereo sound, as the vast majority of these headsets will only support mono sound.

- Does the issue still persist if you toggle the Mono/Stereo switch on your actual headset (often on the headset cord)?

If you are still unable to resolve the issues using the above steps, feel free to contact us and we will do our very best to assist you further.

For the SOLO products, Windows and macOS may install the device with the side tone disabled, thus you may not receive microphone feedback through your headphones. Please refer to the user manual to enable this feature.

If you have a DUAL or DUALPRO, and you can hear yourself and your co-pilot on the intercom - but the computer volume is very low.

• Please confirm that the "recording volume" is turned up and un-muted - as per the use manual.  
• For the DUALPRO, please check your PTT settings on the rear of the unit and ensure that the "PTT FOR INT TO COMP" is appropriately set.
