Cancellation and Shipping Policy

Throughout this Cancellation and Shipping Policy, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Flight Sounds Ltd.

Our Cancellation and Shipping Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change this Cancellation and Shipping Policy at any time.



  • All orders are final once they have been placed.
  • We do not offer cancellations or refunds except in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
  • Please double-check your order before submitting it to ensure accuracy.
  • In the event of an error or issue with your order, please contact us immediately to discuss potential solutions.

International Shipping Disclaimer

  • You, the buyer, are responsible for paying any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. Unless explicitly stated at the time of website checkout, we do not collect such taxes and fees beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - as charges vary around the world.
  • As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Shipping Terms

  • We will ship the products to the address exactly as it has been entered into the website (or email if applicable) by you. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information.
  • In relation to your particular order, only those shipping methods that are listed on our website may be utilized to ship your order. We do not ship on 3rd party shipping accounts unless we explicitly agree with you in advance.
  • We do not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery of your order.
    - If you require products delivered by a certain date, please contact us to verify product availability.  
  • Any listed target delivery time for any particular shipping method is an estimate only.
    - Orders may take longer to arrive for some countries and/or when freight demand exceeds the freight capacity (e.g: Christmas, Pandemics etc)
    - For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.
  • We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, misplaced, delayed, mis-delivered or damaged by the freight carriers post-dispatch. Nevertheless, we will liaise with the freight carriers to secure a refund if they are deemed accountable for such situations involving lost, misplaced, delayed shipments or damaged freight. Please note that in this instance, we are unable to provide any form of replacement item or a refund to you until the freight carrier has completed a formal missing parcel investigation, which may take up to 4 weeks or more.
  • We cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. 
  • You shall be responsible for ensuring an authorised person is able and willing to sign for your delivery which might be required from the freight carrier.
  • We are not responsible for unsuccessful delivery attempts due to no authorised person being able or willing to sign for your order. If the delivery service cannot contact you, your order might be returned to us. Please note that in this instance, we are unable to provide any form of replacement item or a refund to you until (i) We have received the original returned items, and, (ii) Deemed the original items are in a resalable condition. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable in this instance.
  • For genuine lost packages, or items that have been returned to us as a result of mis-delivery, we are unable to offer any refunds or replacement items until we have either (i) received a refund from the freight carrier or(ii) received the 
  • In order to reduce shipping costs for our customers, order quantities of over x10 units may not include the black cardboard boxes / retail packaging. Should retail packing be required (for orders of 10+ units) customers should contact us prior to placing their order to discuss their options.
