We reserve the right to make corrections, modifications, enhancements, improvements, and other changes to our products and services at any time and to discontinue any product or service without notice.

"Intention": Our products are intended for interfacing Aviation Headsets to (USB compliant) computers - as part of a ground-based setup. Our products are neither designed nor intended for use for (i) safety-critical applications or (ii) within any Aircraft.
“Aircraft” in this context means any object that is intended to fly or move through the air, atmosphere or space.
- The user assumes all responsibility and liability for proper and safe handling of the device.
- We neither endorse nor support use of the products outside the scope of their Intention. Furthermore, the user acknowledges and agrees that any use of the products outside of their Intention is solely at their own risk, and that they are solely responsible for compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in connection with such use. Furthermore, the user shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FLIGHT SOUNDS, its officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, affiliates, successors, permitted assigns and customers from and against all losses, costs, claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, all expenses of litigation and/or settlement, and court costs, arising from any improper use of the product - including the use of the products outside the scope of their intention.
